Paul Johnson Director Paul joined OTM in 2003 as Associate Director. He started his career as a consultant recommending operational improvements on process plant. Paul has a background of science and engineering gained in the oil & gas sector covering business development and project management. Beyond oil & gas, Paul has a wide range of experience involving analytical sciences, energy efficiency and the environmental sector gained at the National Physical Laboratory. Whilst Programme Manager at the National Engineering Laboratory, Paul was responsible for the UK's national standard oil & gas flow facilities. Paul is a Chartered Engineer with a first degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters in fluid flow measurement. At OTM Paul manages a number of Joint Industry Projects and the well-known Production Engineering Association.
