Keith Eastwood Associate Keith Eastwood is an Associate of OTM and has been an independent consultant in the upstream oil and gas industry since leaving Shell in September 2003. He joined Shell EP in 1976 and worked in the Netherlands, UK and Oman. In 1994 he moved to London as Senior Energy Analyst in Group Planning and then returned to The Hague in 1995 to head the Reservoir Characterisation research group. From the beginning of 2000 he was manager of Technology Strategy & Planning in Shell Technology EP. Keith graduated from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne with a BSc in Geology and from St Andrews University with a PhD in sedimentology. In between these two degrees he worked as a geologist in a South African gold mine. He is a Fellow of the Geological Society and a Chartered Geologist.
