John Wills Associate John has been an Associate Consultant at OTM since 2003 where he has been involved in market research and network development, and runs OTM’s Aberdeen office. John has 36 years experience in the energy sector, and prior to joining OTM he was Director of UKOOA (UK Offshore Operators Association) in Aberdeen, responsible for establishing the UKOOA network and committee structure, and for establishing a huge range of links with other networks and associations throughout the energy sector. John is an Honorary Professor of Management Studies at Aberdeen University, an Honorary Doctor of Technology at Robert Gordon’s University and has held senior technical and management posts at Shell, Arco and BHP Billiton.
