Catherine Thompson Office Manager Catherine has just celebrated her 10th anniversary with OTM which she joined in July 1996 as an administrative assistant. Since then she has progressed to become OTM's Office Manager in charge of the day to day running of the offices in Guildford and the care of the listed building that OTM occupies, a challenge in itself. During her time at OTM she has undertaken an Association of Accounting Technician's training course culminating in her becoming a Member of the AAT in October 2000 and a Fellow Member in October 2005 and thus enabling her to act as OTM's financial controller.  Her greatest achievement at OTM so far has been winning the Accountancy Age AAT Accounting Technician of the Year award in November 2005 for the development of CID ( http://www.cid-software.co.uk/ ).  Her background is in foreign languages, she is a fluent French speaker with reasonable Italian as well.
