Annie Hairsine Associate Director Annie Hairsine is a senior consultant to OTM, having joined the company in June 2001. After obtaining an Electrical Engineering degree from Cambridge University in 1994, she then researched a one year MPhil looking at Thermal Effects in Fibre Optics and Semiconductor Lasers. In 1995 she joined the Royal Electrical & Mechanical Engineers in the British Army where she was deployed as an engineering officer on a number of operations around the world. Since joining OTM, she has managed a number of industry networks including the Facilities Engineering Association (FEA) and SIIS (Subsea Instrumentation Interface Standardisation) and in 2006 she saw the launch of SEAFOM (Subsea Fiber Optic Monitoring) group.
